What are the job duties?

  • Plan and perform calls with existing clients to get feedback and share coaching / best practice tips.
  • Manage entire customer life cycle from on-boarding, off-boarding  to contract renewals.
  • Improving our written communication.
  • Additional job duties as assigned.
